Shipping

We use Royal Mail within the UK and DHL Express for all other destinations. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, so rates may change from time to time.

Currently, any orders within the UK will receive free shipping and other destinations will cost roughly £25 (tracked and insured).

We currently do not offer collections, though should there be an extenuating circumstance such as having forgotten someone’s birthday, please call us on +447717780811.

Packaging

We flat-pack artworks up to A3 in size, and roll larger artworks. If an artwork is not travelling far, or you are happy to spend a little more on shipping and packaging, we can arrange larger artworks to be flat-packed as well.

Should you like to discuss shipping a larger artwork flat-packed, please emails us at orders@bambinicollections.co

Sustainability

We are striving to create a plastic-free supply chain. Our prints are packaged in cardboard envelopes or tubes, and plastic is avoided where possible. If you have any ideas on how we might be able to improve our packaging, please contact us at studio@bambinicollections.co

Damaged or lost artworks

We take meticulous care packaging each artwork and send every parcel with love. That said, sometimes things do go wrong in transit or don’t even make it at all.

Unfortunately we cannot cover loss or damage, though do offer an option for you to insure each shipment for a small additional fee. This fee is calculated at checkout will cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Originals vs Editions

We sell high quality limited edition prints. This means we work with the artist to prepare their artwork for printing, and limited the total number of prints that can ever be made from the original. Most of our artworks are limited to 50 editions per size, though it varies depending on the artwork.

For example, if we are selling an edition of 50 in A4 and A3 sizes, we will only ever sell 50x A4 and 50x A3.

Paper

We print on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm. A heavy-duty matt paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and superb black saturation. A subtle fibrous finish and understated colours give photographic and art reproductions alike an organic look and feel.

Framing

We don’t sell framed artworks, though ensure our artworks are printed to regular frame sizes. This means you should be able to find frames that match your style and fit your new artwork pretty easily.

You can read more about our framing tips here, or we’ll send you an email with the low down on framing if you make a purchase.

We collaborate with exciting artists so you can give a young one their first piece of collectable art.
